Mobile Terms
These Mobile Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and apply to your use of SMS/text messaging and any mobile applications we may offer (collectively, "Mobile Services").
SMS/Text Messaging Program
Program Description.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Rovi Health related to:
- Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- Care coordination and follow-ups
- Provider recommendations and savings opportunities
- Service updates and important account information
- Customer support communications
Consent.
By opting in to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive automated and/or pre-recorded text messages from Rovi Health at the phone number you provide. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, but is necessary to receive our core care coordination Services.
Message Frequency.
Message frequency varies depending on your use of our Services and care needs. You may receive multiple messages per day when actively coordinating care, or infrequently when not using the Services.
Message and Data Rates.
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Supported Carriers.
Our SMS program is available on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most other carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers. Check with your carrier for details.
Privacy & Security
Information We Collect.
When you opt in to SMS, we collect and store:
- Your mobile phone number
- Carrier information
- Opt-in/opt-out status and timestamps
- Message content (your messages to us and our messages to you)
- Delivery status and engagement metrics
How We Use This Information.
We use this information to deliver our Services, improve message content and timing, troubleshoot delivery issues, and comply with telecommunications regulations. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
Security Notice.
Text messages may be viewable by anyone with access to your phone or mobile account. Text messages are not encrypted and travel over networks we do not control. We cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of messages sent via text.
By opting in, you acknowledge that text messages may include appointment details and healthcare information, and you accept the security risks described above.
Do Not Use for Emergencies. SMS is not monitored 24/7 and should never be used for urgent medical needs or emergencies. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Opting Out
How to Opt Out.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message from us
- Emailing us at contact@rovihealth.com with "SMS Opt-Out" in the subject line
- Updating your preferences in your account settings (when available)
Confirmation.
After you opt out, we will send you a one-time confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt back in.
Effect of Opting Out.
Opting out of text messages may limit your ability to use certain features of our Services, as SMS is a core communication channel for appointment confirmations and care coordination.

Help Response.
When you text HELP, you will receive a message with customer support contact information and instructions on how to opt out.
Carrier Liability
Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
Changes to Mobile Terms
We may update these Mobile Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by text message or through other reasonable means. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Mobile Applications (If Applicable)
License.
If we offer a mobile application, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the application on your personal mobile device solely to access our Services.
Requirements.
Mobile applications may require certain device features, operating system versions, or network connectivity. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices.
Updates.
We may update the mobile application from time to time. You may need to install updates to continue using the application. Some updates may be required and automatically installed.
Third-Party App Stores.
If you download our mobile application from a third-party app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store), you also agree to that app store's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any third-party app store terms or policies.
Intellectual Property
All content in our Mobile Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Rovi Health or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Uses
In addition to the prohibited uses in our Terms of Service, you may not:
- Use Mobile Services in a way that disrupts or interferes with our systems or servers
- Attempt to access Mobile Services through automated means (bots, scripts, etc.)
- Share, resell, or redistribute access to Mobile Services
- Use Mobile Services to send spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal content
Disclaimers & Limitations
THE MOBILE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROVI HEALTH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING MOBILE SERVICES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MOBILE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED TIMELY OR AT ALL.
ROVI HEALTH'S LIABILITY FOR ANY ISSUES RELATED TO MOBILE SERVICES IS LIMITED AS SET FORTH IN OUR TERMS OF SERVICE.
Governing Law
These Mobile Terms are governed by our Terms of Service, including the arbitration and dispute resolution provisions therein.
